Batch: Let’s Party

This would be an incredible app if you could get a hold of support when there’s a problem or you need to change a booking. They have a great modify/cancellation policy, however, you can’t get a hold of them to actually modify anything. Do not recommend booking or paying for anything through this app.

I keep having to log in. Very buggy

The app was going okay (about 3.5 stars) up until I updated it. The reason I updated it was to hopefully see if they worked out an issue to allow you to see results of a poll that I created. After updating the app, I now somehow lost certain controls such as being able to see who is in the party because it is telling me to “RSVP to view all guest.” However, there is nowhere to do so for myself & everyone else inside the party. As the main planned, these simple bugs makes it tasking to plan when this app was supposed to be built to make things easier. The RSVP issue happened for people who had the updated version well before me, so it’s like the app got worse after updating which should never happen. When I tried creating a test dummy party, to proactively work around kinks without affecting my original party…changes still somehow reflect towards my original party defeating the sole purpose of creating a fake one. I feel this would have been easier had I manually done things through Google, but I went through so much getting 14 people to cooperate & download the app thus far. I wish there was a way the developers could get their stuff together because “4.8 stars w 18k+ reviews” is quite alarming for how the app is running for me & the experience for everyone else who have left recent comments…which have been bad without having to say.

I love the idea of the app but it’s proven to be unusable most of the time. Logging in doesn’t always go smoothly. The app is currently a plain white screen for me. I’ve tried closing the app and restarting my phone but all I get is a blank screen. It certainly makes planning hard when I can’t use the time I have to do it.

The Batch app was working fine up until the other day. I added items to the itinerary and remembered something that I forgot to include and it asked me to sign on. It was giving an error message, so I decided to reach out to support. They provided some troubleshooting suggestions and none have worked.

love the app, a cool idea. i just wish that when someone sent a message/comment & i clicked on it from the notifications pull down, that it would go directly to the message/comment instead of just going to the app.

I booked an experience through the Batch concierge and it went completely south. The app gave me the wrong address and never updated me on the new location. The owner of the excursion I booked is aware and will be working with Batch but I am completely disappointed.

Hi, I’ve been trying to get in contact with anyone from the site for help on booking The package I’m looking at is kind of vague and confusing so I just have a list of questions I’d like to know before actually following through to book However my event is coming up pretty soon and I still haven’t gotten an answer!! I emailed the help email and then found a bookings email and neither of the 2 emails have responded back to me. It seems like a great deal and offer if it’s legit, I’m just getting sketch vibes so far and I want to make sure we aren’t going to get scammed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Most people who received my invite was unable to RSVP. For those who were able to RSVP, they were forced to re-RSVP each time they exited and reentered the app.

Booked an experience through this app for my best friend’s bachelorette two months in advance, and the event had a flexible up to seven day out refund policy. I need to cancel which I submitted a request through the app over a month before the event and after confirming with the company that the experience was booked with that it was canceled, Batch is still holding my money. I’ve reached out over email, the chat feature every day and over Instagram with no reply from the company.
