I don’t know if it’s because the Batman event was over in NYC but whenever I got to the point to buy a ticket or move on on mobile and I chose move on on mobile and it did not work at all. It just kept on saying failure to connect to the App Store and I don’t know what to do
If you’re not there, you get to a certain point and get an error saying “can’t connect to App Store.” App is useless unless you’re in NYC at Spyscape unless it gets fixed.
It this like Pokemon GO but Batman version?
Why can’t I get the in app part to not have error message ? I am not in nyc so I clicked the in app and have the updated version otherwise I am quite pleased please help me
I had a lot of fun at the experience but I wish the app worked faster. It told me to keep looking around and didn’t ask what I found for a while

This app was great during the experience and for a while after, but during the first timed mission, it stopped working. The timer was never set, and a location did not appear on the map. I could not get it to work again.
One of the most immersive experiences on mobile that I have ever been a part of! The DCU characters that you interact with start to feel like real people in the world and I feel a sense of reward for solving clues/puzzles via the real world in real time. Try this app!!! #batman #batcowls
