This app is still pretty rough. There are many formatting issues (on the iPhone app) where data doesn’t fit on the line. For example, I can’t see the hub’s firmware version. The screens are just poorly laid out. Everything looks like it was designed to fit a different/bigger screen. Also, I regularly have to delete my system and reinstall it to get it to work again. This last time, one battery suddenly was “not being monitored”. Deleted system and re-installed and it’s fine. Firmware updates are clunky, too. It doesn’t tell you what version it’s updating to. Twice, it told me it failed to update. But I can’t tell because (see above) I can’t see the firmware version. The app needs a lot of work.

The app is new and improving. It’s getting better and better but there are still issues with bugs and the need to delete, uninstall, reinstall and reconfigure. Each version is better than the next and I hope to be able to come back and update 5 stars.

About once a month I have to uninstall and reinstall app, and it’s constantly unpairing from my battery. Feels rushed and tons of bugs.

If this app would actually stay connected it would be great information about monitoring the battery or batteries. Problem is, it does not stay connected so it’s useless to see the health of the battery. Such a disappointment for a battery that costs thousands of dollars.

Would be nice if you could actually login to the app. I created account and it will not login. I’ve reset the password several times. No luck.
