The authenticator keeps getting stuck in a loop. I also found this as an existing issue reported a year ago, with others also experiencing it. This issue still exists, so a low rating because security shouldn't be handled so poorly.

Once you log in it puts you back to the logging in screen again

It always says “Still Connecting…”.

I honestly can’t fathom why one of the biggest entertainment brands in the world has such an atrocious app. A queue? Seriously? Most of the time I open this basic app I hit a QUEUE. How can this be acceptable? And worse, if I don’t hard close the app (a trick I taught myself) and hit the button I have to completely LOG IN again requiring re-entering details from my password manager.

Most often when I sign in it tells me there’s too many people on the server and it can’t get me in. Social tab is non existent and all I wanted to do was send a game to my brother for christmas. Y’all suck

It shouldn’t take so long to start on my iPhone 7 ( latest iOS update)

Love the app, but need the group chat features because whenever I want to post something to the group I’d have to go to my laptop and type on there whereas the group chat on phone is way easier on phone when you’re on the go. So please considered about this features, Thanks!
