The functionality is horrible. I was in Moberly MO for Thanksgiving looking forward to a relaxing movie with the family. I chose Moberly 5 & Drive as my theater. SOMEHOW- the app directs me to our normal Creve Coeur location/movies/times and I chose a movie that WAS NOT PLAYING IN MOBERLY. Ruined our day! We showed up at the theater and the doors were locked!! Very disappointed!!
There’s no barcode in the app so that I can associate my concession purchases with my account

Management is not good at staffing and running the front of house. Only three people working two really long lines.
I need help as my account is not recognizing either email address to reset password. No phone number for support listed in app???
Extremely annoyed the app all the sudden has had nothing but issues, deleting my info, claiming I don’t have an account, saying wrong password but it’s saved through my phone, not being allowed to check out once I’ve struggled to get into my account. Have actually cancelled movie plans for a birthday due to not being able to access my account and paying for seat.
Logging in is terrible !!
The title says it all. The app won’t recognize my password so I can’t ever ise it as a member. Totally worthless.
Love this app! And my favorite location Tulsa, Oklahoma star world 20!! Friendly and relaxing!
The app is easy to use. I wish we could easily cancel movies and the money will return to the app for a movie in the future instead of waiting 3-5 business days for refunds. Or made it easy to exchange showtimes without cancellation.
