I’m trying to sign up for several days now and it’s not accepting my code to sign up showing error. Don’t waste your time here, there’s banking apps that take 2 mins to sign up while this one takes forever. It’s something from 2005 technology in 2024

I have never tried to use this app without it showing an error. The main app is perfect, hope to see this also the same.

برنامج فاشل جدًا للاسف شيء مخزي ان هالبرنامج يكون تابع لاحد اكبر البنوك الصراحة. اول شيء كل ماتدخل البرنامج لازم تسجل فيه وماتقدر تسوي حساب بالتطبيق بحيث اول ماتدخله خلاص حسابك يكون موجود، لا لازم تحط رقم التلفون ويطرشون لك الرمز وحاله في كل مره تدخل تستعمل التطبيق. واذا بغيت تفتح حساب مايسألونك اي حساب تبي تفتح على طول يطلبون بياناتك، وحتى اذا واصلت وحطيت بياناتك العملية ماتكتمل اساسا!! جربت خدمة فتح حساب بالايفون والسامسونج، في الايفون اصلا ماتتبطل الكاميرا خير شر عشان تصور البطاقة الشخصية اما السامسونج فيوصل لمرحلة تصوير الوجة وعقب يقول ان البيانات غير متطابقة. جدا سيئ التطبيق وماراح يخدمك بإي شيء مضية للوقت مع الاسف.

One of the worst experiences I ever had to issue an bank account

The app asks you about your personal details before even choosing which account and if it’s suitable for me or not!! Need to fix this nothing needs to be pushy in life.

تطبيق سئ جدا ندخل المعلومات الصحيحة لتسجيل الدخول يرفض تسجيل الدخول و في الكول سنتر و الفروع ليس لديهم حل للمشكلة 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

The login page keeps failing even if right credentials are provided.We have to register all over again. Creating an account does not work, keeps asking for the documents even if uploaded.
