BC Navigator

I don’t know why when I log in to “BC Digital ID” it keeps crashing and pops up “The application has encountered an error...” I logged out and logged back in and it still crashes

4 times out of 7 it will be down if you try and open it. Needs to be fixed or scrapped.

It would be really nice if alumni can access their alumni ID on the BC Navigator app…

For Brooklyn college to move forward digitally there needs to be an efficient app to simply just get on and show your student ID which is required to enter campus. Every time I open the app it gives me a constant error message without an option to login again. Must need improvements!

It’s the only way to get inside the campus, every time you need to use it the app does not allow you in automatically. You have to sign in each and every single time or it won’t work

Crashes before it even loads. I tried making space on my phone by deleting pictures&apps, as well as having it be the only app open and nothing works. Saw a review suggesting to modify some of the settings of the app, didn’t work either.

always bugs out which is ridiculous because this app is our only way of getting into campus now

Crashes, doesnt move when i try to sign in. Not working.

Terrible app. Doesnt even work. Have to update your phone for no reason. You can sign in online but the app wont sign you in

I think I figured out how to get the app open for those who keep having it close on them/not open. Go to app settings and turn off auto sign in and turn off cellular data connection. Open the app without cellular data and it will cause it to reset. Turn cellular data back on and sign in.
