Downloaded just now. Kicks me out over and over and shuts down. Worthless so far

...crashes every time. Awful.

When you click to add your card to Apple Wallet it just spins forever and never adds it. Don’t have that issue with the FEP Medical or Vision apps. Also, glitchy log in. Have to make multiple attempts for it to work.

I have not been been able to log into the application for about a year now due to changes in the system back in mid 2023 messing up passwords. I just was able to get into my account on the web browser but still cant log into the application. Don’t waste your time with the app. Just use the web browser.

Buggy, useless trash. Can't even login. Don't even get an error message when login fails! This is a laughable effort.

The site provides all these Dental practices BUT when you go to them they do not take BCBS FEP Dental. I have complained about showing many practices that do not participate. I would never have joined if I knew this was the case. I will cancel at the first possible opportunity. What a ripoff. I am now worried about my basic plan After over 40 years

Can’t log into app this will be my 5th time un downloading and downloading it, have to always either call or use the actual website. Terrible app

I’m unable to access my account through this app. Same username and password I can get on online through the website but not through the app.
