Can’t login anymore after a recent update. I have to use the website instead.

Was able to complete the username and password. After such of setting up the account & first time access, I could never get back in. I have continued to get Red-Boxed at the top, "something went wrong, try back later"... this has occurred for days. App is trash. 1/2 star for great idea, bad execution.

FOR THOSE HAVING ISSUES (12/28/24): it seems that the developers in all their wisdom did not test the application with Safari being used as the default browser. Either login via Chrome separately or set your default browser to chrome and it will work. The entire login flow is just a wrapper around the website and that’s where all the issues stem from. It seems like a huge oversight considering, you know - this is an iOS app. So making sure it works with the iOS native Safari you’d think would be top priority…

Used to use this app all the time, it worked well. Now it wants me to set up a passkey all of a sudden and won’t work, locks me out of account. Very frustrating to take an app I relied on for health care and ruin it.

Whatever update they have done in the Dallas caused this app to be completely useless. Continue to get we can’t access your information right now message after adding iPhone as a trusted device.

The update broke the app to where you cant login (other methods fine like browser). Looks like its been broken for awhile. The developers are obviously bad at their jobs.

I haven’t even been able to get into the app since the big update. My only option is to use the website. I’m officially giving up and deleting the app. Absolutely useless.

Absolutely terrible app. Haven't been able to log in for months.

I cannot even login to the app and check anything. It’s been broken for more than a month now. How they can leave this so broken for so long is beyond me.
