Latest update just broke the app I will echo others app just forwards to the website for login no longer can use Face ID passkey creation gives network error to use a passkey requires a 2ed device it makes no sense at all you might as well just go to the website app creator seems to be unresponsive

The app will no longer use face recognition so I have to login every time I need to check anything and then tells me my password is incorrect…useless.

Combine having to authenticate externally each time you open the app with horrific navigation... what on earth were they thinking? They clearly have zero care about user experience

There is no Face ID option to use to login in and when setting up a passkey to login it says there’s a network issue. Horrible app!

Simply unacceptable to not be able to login to my health insurance provider’s app. As others have mentioned, this started after an app update. I figured it would be fixed in a week or so, but no.

This app was so easy to use! Ever since they updated the app nothing works and it always makes me call to talk to a representative! And it’s bad enough that the representatives never want to help and always hang up!

BCBSTX has made it a nightmare to log in on this mobile app. I have reoccurring error messages when logging in through this app. Disappointed that we pay so much for this insurance and have little access to the tools it should seamlessly provide.

Good to have a new app , doesn’t stay signed in at all , constantly having to sign in each time.
