This has nothing to do w the insurance - this app works like a potato. It’s not user friendly, doesn’t let you fill certain things out, and just doesn’t work half the time. Also, there’s a page that says “Swipe Right” and you have to swipe left… I’ve only ever had one app that works worse than this app. Anyways, not a bad review for the company, just a bad review for how user friendly the app is.

I try to stay on top if our coverage. About 50% maybe more of the time when you try to see claims or spending it gives you an error siting poor connectivity or their servers being down. Its super inconvenient.

I am attempting to find a virtual therapist and I can’t even get past the health profile. Trash app that needs a LOT of work.

The UI is ok, but everything is glacially slow. All I was searching for was a Primary Care Physician, and most of the numbers were either totally inaccurate, or contacting the incorrect medical group affiliated with that physician. Why even have the search feature at all if it’s this broken?

you basically can’t use your mobile device to search for a provider. whether using a mobile internet like chrome or the app itself, you just get the 3 blue dots of death…that never go away. if you offer an app, it should function properly.

This app is worthless, it doesn’t update my information that I’ve entered several times. It’s hard to look up cost of coverage for specific services, looking for doctors is difficult as well. It’s easier just to call insurance but they always want to push you to use a worthless app. Then every time I log in to send verification code only has email listed when I have entered my cell number several times and always says number not on file. What a waste

I have a uti and cannot get the link for vitual visits to work. I updated the app as required and nothing. This app is suppose to save me time and money, but it is doing neither.

It always show error occurred, Please try again later. No problem to login by desktop.

When I tried finding doctors nearby, I’d look the doctor up and they’d actually not even be at the same practice anymore (sometimes not even the same city!) and apparently the only place that comes up when I look for a PCP is Planned Parenthood.. in the large city of Houston… planned parenthood is the only place I can find a PCP doctor in network?

It says it’s not available in the US store?
