Unable to login
Cannot login using the same credentials used in web app
APP IS NOT WORKING
Please fix this app. Can’t even login, stuck in loading.
Credentials is incorrect
Same details were used in Google Chrome and it works but in this app it doesn't work. Stupid app, shame on the IT developers! Please fix it!

WASTE OF TIME
Went to BDO branch to process our application, submitted the documents needed, waited for more than a week for an update then just got an email from BDO today with my business credentials to log in. Unfortunately just read the reviews here regarding the app not working. What a waste of time! The BDO staff who assisted me should’ve told me about this. Please fix this app. 😤
Appalling
BDO has the lousiest apps, and this is no different. Impossible to log in using the normal website credentials, slow response, indifferent Customer Support … strongly recommend NOT downloading this waste of time.

I don’t understand why this app is still on the app store. Doesn’t work at all.

Always invalid credentials despite of putting all the right information!!

Does not accept the Corp ID,User ID and Password If you login thru website, everything is OK
