BDO Pay

The new BDO Pay app is truly an upgrade. Although there are some updates that could be incorporated for seamless use, I find myself using this app now more than ever. It has been a lifesaver on occasions when I've gone to the mall without my wallet. There's no need for me to transfer money to GCash anymore, as I can now pay directly with BDO Pay. Plus, it eliminates the need to carry credit cards around when making payments. This app certainly adds convenience and security to my transactions.

It always say unable to send money even though I already completed the forms

My credit account is not showing accurate amount and when I also logged in to BDO Online app only my savings account was there. My cc does not appear and there’s no way to add it back.

The UI feels like GCash. it's not confusing, everything you need is clearly indicated, it looks more organized, and it's easier to navigate.

It doesn’t recognize the login that worked online. Called your hotline multiple times only to be told to create a new account every time and still won’t work after that! This app is crap! And your customer service reps are not familiar with the troubleshooting!

The app is not working fine on my end today. Please fix I am unable to pay or make any transfer

Apps have full. of bugs and glitches. The takes 2-3hrs or even 4hrs to contact their customer.service.

This app keeps on asking to download the latest version of the app but when I go to App store, I already gave the latest version.

Sending of money to other banks or wallets always have an issue for at least half of every month. Now, I can’t even click the send to other bank button because the page doesn’t load at all and just bounces back to the previous page. I have used many banking apps — all of them have had similar issues, but none of them can displace BDO for being the ABSOLUTE WORST in terms of digital facilities and customer service
