BDS Laundry Start

The app was easy to install and set up. Instructions to use machines are clear and it takes seconds to start up machine and top up funds. So much better than scrambling around for coins.

I like the machines they are the same as a good brand I know

Very easy to use and haven’t had any issues with it. Suggestion: allow multiple users of the same account to log in at the same time, but otherwise no concerns

Laundry room is literally next to my unit and I LOVE I can hear if it’s be used or not from my stairway in my unit and that it’s so close by!

I enjoy how easy it is to use and that I don’t need to go to the laundry room to see if it’s available. I can just check the app and go do my laundry. It’s ver convenient.

Easy clean convenient

One star for deceptive practices. After you start EVERY cycle, a pop up message asks if you’d like to “add more time for $0.25.” Awful attempt to steal more of your money for no reason by hoping that you’ll accidentally tap “Yes” when the pop up appears. Horrible UI/UX.

I have been very happy with doing my laundry like this

No more of not being able to do laundry because I can't find the laundry card! Then having to buy a new card, & only when the office is open!! I'm also the girl that doesn't keep much cash on hand.. so this app is so convenient. Works great & everything! I love it!!

It is wonderful to be able to use the laundry service with the app. I can load more than enough money onto the app, and it is always ready to go, and I’ve never had a problem with the machine as they start up just fine. Great! No, more having to hunt down quarters… it is also nice to have the tracker time right on the app as well as a reminder of when my laundry is ready to be changed over for machines or to be picked up so I get out of everyone else’s way… Love it!
