This app does not allow us to drop our profiles permanently. That is unacceptable.

This app has way too many bugs for something people are supposed to use for their jobs. Whenever I look up an apartment and press the navigation button, it often routes me to a completely random location unrelated to the apartment complex or unit. This issue affects both employees and the service they provide to customers. This just happened to me, wasting a ton of gas, and now I have to drive 15 minutes across town. The developers need to be diligent in ensuring that the function responsible for the directions button, which opens the Apple Maps application, reliably uses the correct coordinates shown in the app.

This app used to tell you if an apartment was on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. It no longer does that. Why the change? It was a good feature!!

Scalping gig workers already meager wages by forcing them to buy a subscription to use the app.

It won’t let me send an email to do a address correction. And he won’t let update maps with a map app. Every time I try try to download the map app it says it won’t work in your country.

I absolutely love this app! I use it on apartments and houses and it makes delivering so much easier and quick! I’m in Northern Nevada and we have a lot of new apartments going up and it seems like no updates have been made in a while so that’s my only complaint. Please update with the new apartment complexes so I can continue to feel good about spending $5 a month!

Uploded my drivers license for no reason no gate codes i a route of 200 packages

This app is HORRIBLE. Half the time it doesn’t work and won’t even load the address, then another 40% of the time they don’t have the apartments mapped out. You’re paying $5 to stare at an app and lose out on the money you’re suppose to be making. UPDATE THE APP OR MAKE IT FREE. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!

This app should be free doesn’t even show you the exact location.
