This app terrible won’t let me finish setting up my account changes to French instructions when I want English. Constantly freezes up. Needs new programming to get rid of bugs and glitches. Rate it a-100 at present time.

I’ve been on Bearwww for ever, used to be a fun website for bears from all over the world. No idea why they decided to redo everything in their make over. Opened the door to spam and fake profile. Hardly can communicate with someone new. Very badly done. I’m ready to quit and erase my profile. How can you go from a good idea to something SO BAD??? Rest in peace bearwww 😪

I am not a bear and not exactly into bears but as in everything there are exceptions to the rules :)

Sure, websites have growing pains when they have a make-over. But I have never seen one make so many bad decisions on the process. Clunky, glitchy, but also offensively laid out with features only half-visible that you swore worked last time you visited. If you have a list of contacts, get used to a random 6 of them now listed on your profile as your favorites, with a list of 6 people who didn’t consent to anyone announcing they listed you as a favorite too. You can only even browse a few dozen closest profiles but now you can’t even view their photos except for their 1 main photo. Punishing you for not paying a monthly fee instead of incentivizing the features people would pay for. Profiles typically stall and today I’m greeted by several spambots when I never encountered spam or bots on the functional version of the site/app. Unless you want to pay for the privilege of being a QA/beta tester for this app, just walk away now. This is someone’s idea of a “refresh” but it’s clear the priority is your money. Unless you really see something you want to support this new app for, With all the competition out there, no wonder there’s no longer an option to edit or delete your profile. Don’t bother.

The web page was so much easier to use. This app makes things complicated so I deleted my profile. Thank goodness other bear sites are easier to use

This app is crap. I have no idea what they were thinking when forcing the use of the app in the users when the app has not been debugged. Before forcing all the users to utilize only the app should have been done ONLY when the app was running without any glitches. FIX YOUR APP OR LET PEOPLE USE THE WEB INTERFACE.

This app makes one feel he's online at the offset of the Internet. Messages can only be saved if you pay, but one can only access a non-interactive history with each member. Should one choose to reply to a message later, one cannot access that message again unless a new message is received. I do find that there's less attitude with the guys on here/ more friendly, so that's a plus, but unless one has saved a member as a contact it's tricky to just message someone. One can only attach one photo at a time in a composed message. It's $6.99 for one month, but I don't think it's worth it. I am grateful there is another app for Bears, and I appreciate that this actually notifies you when one has a message unlike big mainstream apps that seem to fail. I recommend it just because it's for Bears and doesn't seem to have the attitude and narcissism that exist on almost every gay app.

I just downloaded this app today and no matter what option I pressed within the app's main menu, it kept crashing. So I uninstalled it.
