I like the app itself, however, the shipping information could be better, i would like to have like an expected time of arrival of a package so that I don’t have to check the app or website every day. I know I don’t need to do that but I am very excited for the package so I just do. Everything else is good. (Also thank you for shipping to Norway🫡) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a Latin woman living in Norway for 4 years ago …in this beautiful country is not very easy find some make up or beauty products for brunet people like me ..but when I hear on YouTube about this on-line store I felt very happy …I have been buying many products of this store and they always send it to my house very quickly and well packed…I am so happy for this option for buy nice and originally products ..I recommend this store 100%… Tusen takk Beauty Bay 🇳🇴🤗🙏🏽

The app is sometimes a little slow, and it trends to freeze. Not a huge problem, but also not fantastic.

Non native APP that keeps on bringing me to desktop to end up in a signup loop.. Very frustrating as impossible to checkout without signup!

Downloaded the app loads of times, updated, deleted and re-downloaded but all i get is a white screen
