I really like this app, it’s simple and does what I need but it crashes, tried contacting support but doesn’t even let me connect, will this be fixed? Please help

I just purchased this yesterday and it allowed me to download a video when I first purchased it. But now it isn’t download and saving the edited video so it’s pointless in using the app. I would like to cancel my purchase thanks

Not a fan

Paid for it and disappointed. Wanted to use to clean up the skin of my clients before posting. And all it was add shine to the skin. Looked overly brighten. Doesn't give option for you to adjust anything. Tried it out for 23 second video and was done. Wish I can get my money back. 😑☹️

Crashes as soon as you try to save the video.
