Ordered some product on Dec 28 and cancelled it at the same time since I will be changing my order and needs to add more. January 3rd and no refund provided. Customer Service keeps on saying the same thing but no action. Almost a week for a Refund? Paying is not a problem but when there is a refund it became so hard suddenly? Not so great customer service
Paying via credit card is being treated like a PayPal payment, where it has to be converted to USD then back to PHP. 🙄
Keep returning my order and ended up always cancel!!!!!
There’s no ‘delete account’ option on web, and I can’t delete on app because when I try to type my password, the keyboard doesn’t show up.
Diamond member so I had placed a decent number of orders with them. First unpleasant experience was when they tried to charge my card twice. Took several back and forth before I finally got the assistance I need. Just recently, I purchased Kirkland supplements and specifically choose quantity 1 for each kind (3 total) since they come in big bottles. A full size freebie was a promotion I was able to take advantage of so when the package came with an extra bottle of supplements I was ecstatic since I wasn’t expecting they are giving me an extra Kirkland Vit C. I emailed to thank them since I got in time of my birthday. Turned out it was an error (which they refuse to acknowledge) I was charged for it and the supposed freebie was a 35g Caramel Meringue. What pushed me to uninstall their app is when I was offered by their customer support a 100 non expiring points (same value in pesos) after expressing dismay but failed to address the root cause which is the main reason I even raised the concern. For someone working in the customer service industry myself that is the lamest resolution to win back a customer.
Payment was already credited on my bank account but the order did not pushed through. I emailed them for a refund but then they will just tell me that they will look into this matter in 1-2 business days. A hassle for me because I need the products within 3 days(delivery time in Metro Manila), and it's not sure if I still can get my money back. Unliked their Facebook page and will not order/install their app again.
Is it just me, but almost every product I searched for in this app are out of stock? Is there something wrong with the app or is it really like this?
