I get the same error, which appears to be a string of variables compounded together, every time I submit my info. Called customer service and was yelled at

The app doesn’t let me even sign up for an account

Not the best app, NYC MTA has ALL and information you need to input/add on one screen page. The app currently has a glitch which puts me in a position of non- efficiency and i relies now on calling to reserve all trips.

The app never works for me. It always says “It doesn't look like you have booked any trips” and “Hi! Call Bee-line Paratransit System to book a trip.” Even though I book my trips to school weekly on the website. During some rides the app came up with other riders and I know that it works for some people but others have the same problem.

This app was just created and already doesn’t work. How is this even possible. Smh

I’m trying to create an account, but it won’t let me it’s telling me that I have to contact the site administrator and I’m not sure why.
