This app is pretty much useless without live bus times. Even the ones that appear to be live, when you click on them it says it is just timetabled arrival. For god’s sake get a proper live tracker working on these buses - I’d rather have that than have them all painted yellow 😤. I’m a senior, I live in a retirement residence of 50 apartments with 2 similar developments nearby. There isn’t even a seat at the bus stops near us (Longford Park), so we sometimes have to stand for ages, which not everyone our age can do.
Journey planner is hopeless!
It comes up with the most ridiculous routes. Thank goodness for Google maps and other transport apps as I was about to give up and call a cab.
“live tracking” on buses are terrible
i’ll walk down to my bus stop with the “live tracking” of the bus saying 5 minutes away, the bus will then say due only for it to disappear of the app and not show up, this has happened very often and needs to be fixed.
Replaces an app that was much better.
Replaces the Metrolink app, which was useful. This is just annoying and utterly useless for trams.
Fare options in the app
There is no fare option or buy ticket option for family for tram. Also not an option to buy a day ticket for tram. Also buying 7 ticket for tram is cheap rather 28 days which expensive. I dont know how dumb these people who design this.
GARBAGE
You can’t even buy a tram ticket for one day or a single. You can only buy a week ticket that you won’t even use for the entire week. Bee Network was and still is a terrible idea and concept.
Tracking the bus!
Can’t track the bus like the old go north west app, it only shows the due times as it does on the actual bus stops
Still lying about the bus information being “live”
Would be nice to have real information instead of imagined
Terrible
Ticket prices across bus/travel apps is crazy. No single tickets available at all. No notification in advance to let you know tickets are no longer available to purchase. On my way home I had to spend £5 for a day rider just for one trip. The lack of consideration is disgusting. It changed within hours.
App is completely fictional
Despite continuous replies to reviews stating that their most recent update contains live tracking, this is absolutely not true.
For many busses in Bury, the app will show “live times” which simply aren’t real, and when the time comes when the bus should be here, it simply disappears from the app and the next bus becomes the soonest one. And so on, until a random bus actually does come.
The route which the “tracked” bus has taken is also complete fiction and this has been proven by my very own eyes countless times. It seems regardless of how early in advance I begin my journey (1/2hours), I continue to be late due to such an unreliable service.
This is a genuinely pointless applicant, however I’m sure The Bee Network will find some sort of ignorant, smart reply to respond to me. This app does not work regardless of whatever updates you claim to have made.
