The app is so slow and keeps crashing, can’t login at all!

Changing password, it says passwords match (and they definitely do) but it’s red and marked as an error and it won’t let me submit it because it says invalid matching password. Whole app design seems unprofessional regardless of that.

Awful app. Twice I tried to transfer money using the app. Each time I received an email confirmation of my request and both times THE MONEY NEVER ARRIVED! I had to go through the hassle of ringing up and doing it manually. I’ve just tried to do the opposite and sent some money into Beehive. My bank said it would arrive immediately but it’s still not showing on the app. The app just isn’t fit for purpose.

Super easy, loads of good little features other providers don’t have. I will not go to any other provider after joining beehive🤩

Face ID option was not shown in the app. Service adviser suggested deleting and reinstalling. On reinstalling and first log in it asks about Face ID but if you say YES and later log out, the next log In doesn’t allow Face ID nor does it ask if you want to activate it. Tried reinstalling again but it just repeats the problem. Service Adviser had marked the problem as resolved when it certainly isn’t. Very poor app and poor customer support!

Camera settings optimised for identify verification but the app continued stating not. Gave up and opened an account elsewhere.

The App works well and the ID process is good. However, I wish they posted a list of the nominated bank accounts that they accept rather . I wasted 30 minutes setting up my details and only then do I find out that neither of our current accounts (Starling Bank and Chase UK) were acceptable despite having full UK banking licences. I presume therefore that Monzo, Revolut etc will not be acceptable either.

Absolutely useless, downloaded app but it won’t even open!

The app will open and greet the user with a log in screen. After that however nothing loads up. I am unable to access my accounts or even log out of the app. This needs some serious attention from a serious developer.
