Topped up but it didnt go through my card.

it's very slow, it does not read the card, it does not add my card, literally cannot do anything at all.

This app keeps getting worse everytime I open it. Kudos on the updated UI but all other features lags. Never ending system connection error and loading pages. Please fix this. This is supposed to be a solution for less hassle for commuters, to help reduce time getting in line to load their cards, not add to their hassle.

Super slow app!!! Unable to fetch my beep load

Beep def needs server upgrade! App UI is good but needs patient using.

I successfully paid for Beep load via GCash in the app, but when I tried to retrieve it using NFC, the app said that there was no pending load. Despite contacting customer support, I haven't received any response. I also attempted to fetch the load at the MRT station, but it still wasn't detected.

THE WORST UPDATE EVER!!!!! Why don’t you try to revert the update especially when you’re about to process your payment! It needs to SCREENSHOT the QC code and you need to exit the app and open the payment portal app (GCash, Maya etc.) to process the payment! And the worst, when you go back to the app, it says “PAYMENT FAILED”!!! The amount of money that we’re trying to use for reload is TOTALLY USELESS!!! SUCH A TRASH!! WORST UPDATE ever!!

I don’t understand why you can’t just automatically fetch the load. Esp when the fetch load feature repeatedly fails to fetch my load. Trash app, honestly.
