I've bought this game on PS3 and Xbox and decided to play it on my phone now. 2 minutes of ads and I've not even moved a single gem yet. Un In Stall

I watched 4 ads before I even got to play anything

Excessive Ads

I expect ads in a free app, but I’ve never had to go through so many before you even get to play for the first time. It’s ridiculous! Don’t waste your time

Too Many Ads

I loved this game when it first came out years ago. I’ve forgotten about it and I redownloaded it recently, and I couldn’t even enjoy the game because of the constant ads. I was forced to sit through an ad before I even started a game!! Immediately deleted it again. Note: Please get rid of these ads because it’s making games that are supposed to be fun and relaxing, unbearable.

Ruined and ad-packed

They got greedy and ruined a perfectly good game. Sad.

Good game but

I’m giving this game 3 stars not because the game itself is bad but for the fact that before you even play the game there’s a commercial, then when you click play there’s a commercial and when the game is over there’s a commercial. Other then that this game Is a classic and always fun to play.

Only 1 star because….

…since the “update to 3.1.3,” I can’t open this game. I’ll keep trying and update my review if things improve. 4 days later and lots of negative reviews, nothing has changed. PopCap has really ruined a good thing. 2 weeks later: 3.1.2 is on my iPhone and opens just fine. 3.1.3 on my iPad still doesn’t open. The circle almost closes, and doesn’t. I see other reviewers having the same issues and wonder if this will be resolved. About 3 weeks now: I actually opened the game a couple of nights ago but, the success was short lived. It only opened that once and now we’re back to the same issue. The circle that goes around the PopCap logo doesn’t quite make it all the way around. The game doesn’t launch. I opened a “case” with EA, but honestly, the “techies” there are useless and I don’t think they understand when I explain the issue. Does anyone read these reviews? Today’s update: if I turn off my WiFi, I can launch this game. So, I go to cellular, launch the game, then turn the WiFi back on. Why is that? New issue: “Poker” will not open. Other games will open, but all I get is a blank green screen on the poker game.

Progress lost

Core gameplay is ok, but progress is repeatedly lost and achievements vacated. This happens often and without warning. Also, fails to restore purchases so there are a lot of ads. This game used to stand out but has become click bait due to the aforementioned challenges.

Ads, ads, ads, etc

Did I mention ads? Unbelievably obnoxious avalanche of garbage ads. Played for years, will find something else. So should you- you’ve been warned.

Moronic ad placement

Ad played before even making it to the main menu. Instant uninstall, good riddance.
