I just wanted a job. I filled out everything. The app keeps kicking me out after I set my availability. The text support is canned messages that don’t help. And I’m still waiting on a call I was supposed to get a week ago. Can’t even get their own hiring practices organized. What hope do they have of organizing a move?!

Recently applied for a job, but the app continues to state, “Unable to request a code right now, please try again later”. So now I cannot proceed to create an account, and possibly get employed.

A lot irresponsible worker. Driver didn’t show up waste my gas and seem guy don’t wanna give me my 35. Also good luck giving you’re info to this guy. They just stole it and never giving work. Good luck and suffer.

App seems to freeze when trying to move forward in the next step(s). Also when trying to complete a background check via Yardstik the Bellhop app doesn’t let you switch over to your email to retrieve the code without starting all over.

This app took my personal information, after I entered my hours it’s stating I didn’t fill out all information and won’t let me go back out to see the problem.

FIRST THING IS THEY MAKE YOU TRAVEL FAR AND DO A LOT AND ONLY PAY YOU SMALL POCKET CHANGE! I HAD TO TRAVEL ALMOST 17 MILES AND WORK FOR 4 HOURS THEY ONLY PAID ME A TOTAL OF $26 THAN THEY WILL TRY TO FORCE YOU TO DO A MOVE EVEN IF YOU TELL THEM YOU CAN’T MAKE IT THEY WILL BAN YOUR ACCOUNT AND STOP YOU FROM USING THE APP! I WAS ASSIGNED TO A MOVE THAT WAS A HOUR AND A HALF AWAY AND THEY WAS ONLY OFFERING $60 I TOLD THEM I WASN'T T GOING TO BE ABLE TO MAKE IT THEY TRY TO BRIBE ME AND OFFERED ME A UBER BUT I DIDN'T DO IT BECAUSE IT WAS WAY TO FAR AND IT WOULDVE MADE ME MISS MY REAL JOB SO THEY END UP GETTING MAD AND BANNED ME FROM THE APP! THANKS FOR DOING ME A FAVOR YOU GUYS ARE A WASTE OF TIME ANYWAY.

It was going great the first week, then they deactivated my account with no warning. I tried appealing it twice and just to have no response at all, no email not even an automative message. I tried calling and just for them to tell me abruptly they’ll handle it without even getting my name or information ( didn’t even get a answer back of course). I used bellhop as a second form of income and for them to just take it away like that with no explanation just shows what kind of company they are. the lack of communication and service is frustrating I just want my job back.
