We have a horrible sewage smell in the apartment since February and no one can find the problem till now ! This is not professional at all and not accepted for us. The tenant is planning to cancel the tenancy contract because of this issue, who will be responsible for this situation ? You are kindly requested to send senior engineer to inspect and find a solution by tomorrow 16-05-2024 morning or we will take our legal action. Your immediate action is required. Regards.

I was using RealCube app in my previous community. MAF app needs so much improvement and functions please.

تطبيق جدا متواضع تم إيجاده فقط للدفع دون ذكر التفاصيل ودون ترد مساحة للرأي والرأي الآخر حيث هناك اخطاء وزيادات غير مبررة ولايمكن من خلاله مخاطبة مايسمي ادارة المجمع اللتي لاترد علي الطلبات المتكررة والواقعية للملاك كما انها غير متعاونه أبدا مع الملاك وشكرا

Always move in move out problem. Owner never apply for move in and they make in occupied. Worst application
