We recently organised the Christmas Event at Brigade Utopia and utilised Belong to generate all the relevant updates and notifications to keep the residents informed in the upcoming events. The generation of notifications is seamless and user friendly.

Really a problematic app. Feels like basic sanity testing is also not done.

this is the worst app so far i hve used, we ise it because it was enforced on the residents, tech team is very low IQ, dont know how to cose, how to test and deploy

Poor development team without realistic thinking

Till now it’s a beta version. So many features are missing. As Brigade mentions Brigade Cornerstone Utopia as a smart township, then this is one of the worst products, the same as the township.

Though i can see many negative reviews here, my experience with Belong so far has been very good. I like the way how the Amenity bookings and the credit system are designed.

This app will give you the worst user experience. Looks like a hobby project by Brigade tech team and not worth a penny.

By far the worst app ever. Huge lags delivery agents keep complaining. Pre approval of guest doesn’t work the security again asks for approval. Lot better can be done.

Guys do not allow belong app ever in your society we are planning to remove them They are deciding what to be done and what not to be done for our society without our consent our builder staff neither we know but they are updating 15pages rules and the worst rule they added you need credit to use your own amenities Completely non sense
