Bendigo City Christmas Hunt

This app is launched for the City of Greater Bendigo as a part of council's Christmas Treasure Hunt. This app provides a digital map to highlight all the places Christmas secret experiences are found.
Once at a location you can pick up a virtual Christmas experience and collect atleast 10 of them to enter into a draw to win a Gift offered by the Council of City of Greater Bendigo The draw is organised by the City of Greater Bendigo. Please read terms and conditions below:
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Victorian residents.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
4. Promotion commences 00.01 am on 03rd December 2021 AEST and closes 11.59 pm AEST on 09th January, 2022 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To enter the prize draw, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, locate atleast 10 Christmas experiences on the App and provide their name and email address via the App.
6. Winning entrants will be selected at random by an electronic process. The winners will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
7. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. If for any reason any winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
9. The prize cannot be taken as cash.
10. The Promoter will collect personal information for the purposes of conducting the Virtual Christmas Hunt prize draw. The names of the winners will be published in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promotor handles all personal information in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic). Additional information about how personal information is collected, used and disclosed is available in the Promotor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.bendigo.vic.gov.au/privacy-statement.
