BenefitPay is an app that allows users to pay and transfer funds only by using their smart devices in Bahrain in a fast, secure, and convenient manner. BenefitPay features include:
· Enrolling your payment instruments (Cards & Accounts).
· Transfer funds instantly from one bank account to another using Fawri+ service by either entering IBAN, or a registered mobile number, as well as by scanning QR Code.
· Paying using your mobile in Bahrain through scanning QR code generated by merchants within the app’s merchant network.
· Bill Payment through Fawateer service to hundreds of biller.
· Split Payment and request payment options that allows you to request payment from multiple payer, so it shall allow to split the dinner bill among friends and family.
· Review and track your transactions history.
· Manage your cards and Bank Accounts in the Application
· To pay for fuel at petrol stations using geo-location via Sadeem feature
. Transfer Internationally via Remittence feature through our partners
. Electronic Cheque (e-Cheque) issuance, deposit, and management
To register, download the application and enter a valid mobile number. Upon entry of the verification code that will be sent by SMS you will be enrolled and you can start adding your payment instruments.

Cyber security problem
This application is great. Has made my life a lot easier. But Sadly there is a cyber security problem. I will not be using benefit anymore. I lost all my money.

Subject: BenefitPay V1.1.3 App Feedback Comment, Problems or Suggestions: If you setup multiple accounts in benefit pay application as per application request you need to setup one account as default account. At point of sale if you don’t have enough balance in the default account and choose to pay the merchant by benefit pay using your other account your application doesn’t accept it takes you back to the default account. Unless each time you change the default account which is not practical.

Bad customer service on the call center
I faced an issue with accessing the app and tried to call the call center to help me, however, I was shocked with the poor customer service I received, the agent was very impolite and made me feel that I called him at the wrong time. I hope this message is seen by the management to review the calls and improve the service and bring it to the same level of the app.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered while using the app. When I input an amount of 100 fils, it is mistakenly converted to 1000 Dinar. This can lead to confusion and potential errors during transactions. To enhance the user experience and minimize such issues, I kindly request that you implement a reminder or confirmation message whenever such conversions occur. This would ensure accuracy and provide users with an additional layer of confidence in the app. Thank you for addressing this matter. Please let me know if any further clarification is needed.
