Problem

This is my second day using this app and it is a good game…… . . .but I not able to load in anymore for some reason and I’ve tried powering of and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi but it still won’t work

Worst support

Rude, useless support team. Game is glitchy and support will rob your energy when it suits them

no updates

I really liked the game but the update that allows me to keep playing does not work .... I try to update the game for a few days now and it's still not working .... I am extremely disappointed

Hmmmm…

Great game. But the energy dwindles too quickly, and things take too long to make. Otherwise a great game. I’m on level eleven, and I can only change the mother’s clothes. Would be great if I could change everyone else’s as well.

Worst game

What could be a good game, has too many problems loading that device needs to be shut down and restarted too often to be able to enjoy the game properly. I deleted it out of frustration.

Annoying

I downloaded this game because I enjoy Family Island and it’s so similar. However this game has too many pop up ads to get you to buy more gems and the characters constantly interrupt game play to “chat” about the adventure. Even with the ability to skip once it pops up, it still stops the game play which is particularly annoying when your on a roll working through an island. I’m deleting the app because the constant annoyance has taken all the fun away.

Not worth it

I only downloaded this because they were paying coins on webtoons, but it quickly became fun enough to play by itself. But there are just too many glitches and support is nonexistent. Just recently, I won a competition treasure hunt thing in the game that took a lot of energy to complete, and received none of the promised rewards due to a glitch/app crash. When I wrote in to support, all I received back was an automatic bot response linking me to the faq (which I had already looked at and didn’t solve the issue). It’s a total joke. Look elsewhere!

Too many energy fast finish

Ads and Apple

Ads are longer, much longer than the energy is worth on my Apple cell. My recently broken Android played 10 second ads for energy and sometimes around 28 seconds I believe. I love the game. Played for right around 6 yrs. Now I have an Apple cell and the ads play for over 60 seconds. I became aware there is a difference in game play and game options played on Android vs Apple. Apple has more ads and longer ads than Android. Curious who controls that and why so significantly more and longer ads between the two. Can we have a fair and reasonable player voting opportunity to reduce the ad frequency and ad time? Thank you very much.

Ok But problem with ads

Could be a good game but two problems with their ads. First you will get bombarded with multiple popup ads from time to time. Like 4-8 popups in a row. Irritating but you can work thru it. The big ad problem is many times after watching an ad the reward (energy or gems) is not given. Very frustrating. And the in game support is all automated with no one monitoring it so no response and no resolution that way.
