Bernie is great he is motivational in his online classes and has managed to keep me going during the 28day shred so much I am continuing with the app. The workouts are great there really is something for everyone I love the combat and sweat ones especially. Thanks Bernie for everything !!

Best app for losing weight keeping on track can workout whenever suits you in the comfort of your own home. Bernie is always there if you need him to chat to meet up make personal healthy plans for you I have done ptbeefore and always failed but this is the only thing that has ever truely worked for me

Amazing fitness app, everything you need. I have tried others and just couldn’t get motivated but as soon as I started Bernie I got in the zone and motivated again. On demand workouts, food log, lots of meal plans and recipes, a messaging group so you can interact with others doing the workouts and diet for motivation and support. Love it xx

So easy to navigate, love all the classes, love Bernie!! Such an amazing and genuine person - would be lost without this app. Bernie is always open to suggestions, always on hand to help and he pushes you to always do your best. Not only are there pre records but there are live classes too, which I never fail to miss!! No excuses!!!
