I’ve been working with Bertoia Auctions for several years and am always impressed with their staff and their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. This new app is just another example to an already great auction house and their quest in great customer service! The app is simple and easy to use! I loved the “heads up” notification feature which gives an audible tone prior to an item you are following coming up for bid. It allowed me the freedom to do other things while ensuring I wouldn’t miss the items I was interested in. Better still is the ability to place bids on items on without the hassle of having to go through a 3rd party website (whom shall remain nameless). Bertoia only sells quality pieces, the “best of the best!” I collect antique holiday decor. I also live in the desert SW, where antique stores are rare, and holiday antiques almost non existent! Bertoia gives me access to rare/unique pieces that I otherwise would not have access to. My collection would be significantly smaller & less diverse had it not been for this auction house and their amazing staff! Bottom line… great customer service, incredible antiques, an easy to use app, it just doesn’t get any better! Bertoia.. truly “the best of the best! ❤️
