I’ve been using this app for years.  I think I upgraded it once when the pro version was a one time fee.  However I noticed in the latest versions every time I open the app and go to make an entry, before I can it tries to convince me to upgrade to the new ongoing subscription service.  You can certainly say no and move along but having to pop up every time is quickly becoming irritating especially when I did upgrade once upon a time back before Pro was a monthly plan

I used the app to keep track of my personal budget day to day. It keeps me on track and I like a lot of its features. I tried a few different budget apps and this one works best for what I need it for, I'd like to be able to export data to a spread sheet for my records or view some sort of pie graph so I can see where I'm spending my money, but it still does what I want compared to the rest I've tried. Let's see some good upgrades while still keeping it simple. Try it out 5/5

I was very happy to find this app. I have been using "Spend" for the last 8 years but it's no longer being supported and has started to lose functionality.

I've periodically searched for a replacement app but everything offered was way too invasive or overkill. Link my bank accounts? No. investment portfolio? No. Sign up for our service? No.

This is the perfect "money in jars" method of keeping track of bills. Everything can be manual so I can control what goes where, when, transfer between "jars"... it's exactly what I've been looking for.

I bought both the iPhone and iPad versions and the iCloud syncing makes it super easy to keep both devices up to date.

Maybe in the future if the app could sync automatically - that would be great.

I tried at least a dozen of budget apps. This one was the only one that allowed me to see a grand total and then was able to set aside that money for the month. It also gives you the ability to see how much you have left in any certain category. With this I am able to also borrow from one category and use it for another without it screwing up the allotted funds.
