Can no longer search for events making the app basically useless for me.

Very sad and disappointing that BCP has so dramatically changed the experience for the worse. The first issue with the lists is that you are redirected to a web browser when looking at someone’s list. It’s also impossible to look at different list without reloading the full global list and starting a new browser tab. On top of this the event search is clunky and claustrophobic. It somehow lists every online event on a global level which drowns out every in-person event listing. I’m sure it’s still great for tournament leads to capture points but from a players perspective it’s an auto-unsubscribe. At this point, it’s begging to be replaced by something even slightly better. Update: Not sure if the people at BCP have listened to the feedback but they have definitely improved the list search UX. Still a little disappointing that you can’t opt out of “online events” on the app but if you search on a mobile browser you can. Seems like a really easy fix. Moving this up to three stars Second update: the list search is now showing up as a blank page along with the event search from a browser. Who is running this show?? Back to one star

There is no point using the app’s event search or list view. They are nonfunctional for local events, or simply crash the app. The app will crash after updating player details, uploading lists, and sometimes after changing tabs within an event. Updates occur twice yearly at best. Anyone with skill should apply to their dev team, or simply make their own app.

Subscribed to the app and used 3 separate devises over the coarse of a week. Every single time I log in I can use any of features that need subscription. “Failure to connect to server”. I’ve used this app in the past and was a good tool but now it’s just a cash grab with terrible maintenance don’t recommend. Basiclly the app is unusabale

Fix it or the community will switch to a different app eventually.

The search function is broken and can only show global events. I set my location and searched for events in a 50 mile radius and all the results are in different states throughout the U.S. The search function has been broken for a while too. Why include a search function if it doesn’t work and you’re not gonna support it?

The person licking the window is not supposed to be the lead dev, and the winner of the paint chip eating competition is not supposed to be the pm.

I’ve used BCP for a about 8 years and while I’ve always been tempted to subscribe to unlock all the features, as the years go by the usability keeps decreasing. Maybe I’ve missed the tutorial but I’ve found my self having to ask randoms on the internet how things function or where to find X filter or usability feature I need. Worse example was when I was urged the the community stop using the app and use the website. After the app finally gets a redesign and it feels like I’m just using a website. I’d like to support the developer especially since this is the THE app my community has decided it would use. But for all the reasons above and several not stated I can’t recommend this app to anyone unless they enjoy being confused and frustrated.

This “app” now is just a browser for their website. It does not fully function and has no additional features compared to the website. Unfortunately we have no other option to use.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to change the ap, you were wrong and it’s time to admit that. The current app is absolute trash. The search function flat ignores the proximity filters. Yes I am terribly interested in RTTs in Russia, it’s only 23 hour flight. Everything is clunky and difficult to navigate. Literally just roll back the update and that will be fine. This app is junk and whoever designed it should be fired.
