Since the update I can not login. It’s telling me to update but it’s already updated and won’t let me in.

I’m trying to open the app and it keeps saying this version is no longer supported but there isn’t an update available

They closed my account without notifying me in advance just because I didn’t use it in a few months. As consequence it reduced my credit available and affected my credit score that I have worked so hard to build. LOSERS!!!

While the app works “okay” it refuses to save my login information, forcing me to log in each time I try to use the app, even after saving Face ID. Makes using the app painful.

I have to enter a password and set up facial recognition EVERY TIME I open this app. Total and complete junk.

I have spoken to ten (10) agents and they have sent whoever they had to sent the request to put the money on back to my account.$152.80 it has been over 60 since American Airlines has refunded my account, and this company has not put the money to my account. My account is paid all monies except the $152.80 that is shown, I have requested on three different phone calls a supervisor , I was advised it takes up to three days for a Supervisor to call me, it has been 32 days and I have not received a response yet. And the amount is still pending on my account.

This app should be all inclusive for the credit cards AND loans with this company. This doesn’t make sense for it to only serve 1 account type.

I’m new to Best Egg, and I’m worried. I can’t get their phone tree to work. No response to email… I have been waiting for a credit to post to my account for 10 days. It does not appear in the app, but it shows up on the when I login to the full website. I had to manually calculate my balance to make sure it was right. Bad app. Bad customer service
