No way to add a second user using the same email - so I can’t log in and access my child’s classes or passes. Automatically takes me to my own profile without option to sign in to another either during login or once you’re in. Also - if you search “my gyms” you can find a gym but no way to add it in the app. Which negates the feature.

This app will not log me in to my account. The email link I get sends me straight back to another request for an email link.

This app has a plethora of the most amazing ideas I’ve ever seen yet its execution is nothing short of pathetic. To call this a glitch ridden piece of junk would be overly generous bc at least a glitch ridden app would work sometimes. Total garbage.

The local climbing gym recently switched to this app and saying it’s been underwhelming so far is an understatement. The iOS app never remembers me or even has the option to. I open the app, click sign in with email, have to re-enter my email each time, then it sends a “magic link”. That link opens my browser and then I have to click through a bunch of stuff to get to the QR code to sign in. I tried adding to my Apple Wallet but all that does is download a weird file and nothing goes in the wallet. This QR code apparently changes each visit, so the usual workaround of screen shotting it also doesn’t work. Tried multiple browsers and multiple connections (WiFi, 5G, etc) and same result. All in all, there’s really nothing positive about this app/system.
