Used for years, bots seems to have completely mopped up every scrap of goodness in my opinion. 2024 National winner constantly unmatched throughout the race, not through movement in the price either, just held in the system unmatched. Deleted account, real shame, all good things come to an end I suppose. May as well do pre race e/w bet now rather than in race betting, you spend most of your time chasing something that has gone forever in my opinion.

The exchange app is now a joke, been using betfair for over 18 years and this app seems to get more user unfriendly every year. If you leave the app to check information on another app when you return it directs you to the homepage which means you have to navigate back to the page you where on very annoying.Lots of links directing you to markets don’t work constantly freezing have to shut down the app and re open again. I you select race video it very rarely works it either crashes 10 seconds into the race or doesn’t work at all, the video volume and screen adjustments are hidden behind the market screen.

Absolutely avoid if you use an online bank, for example Monzo, Starling etc… they wont let you with draw the money!!!!! i put in £350 won £1300. Couldn't do anything with it as i don’t have mainstream bank to withdraw the money, which then led to putting it back in. Distrusting and disgusting, they should at least state in bold they dont accept Mastercard for withdrawal, but then be so easy to take money from a master card!!!!!!! Doesn’t make sense!!! I am filling a complaint and want my money back, I have contributed to this application. They have loads of games really good app just disappointing that, my Mastercard card can give but not receive!!!!

Used the safer gambling nonsense to ban me 6 months across all platforms. After restricting me, not allowing me bog. So I said the only problem I have with gambling is getting enough money on. They then claimed I have gambling issues and banned me from this sky, paddy and pokerstars for 6 months. Disgusting misuse of safe gambling and an attack on anyone that dare wins.

I like betfair for lots of reasons. But UX wise they’re years behind. No personalisation. No prioritisation of content.
