This company is appaling…I’ve closed my account…why? No wins on their hopeless slots No best odds on their horse racing No bonuses…and their completely bonkers app that makes no sense! despite being a loyal customer you have to put up with their Rubbish customer services (offshored somewhere in the world!) Betfair are hopeless…I’m done …good riddance!

I was with bet 365 from the start. When I started winning they wanted to limit my bets, even though I was betting with bet 365s money. Being in my 70s having a bet on the football is one my greatest pleasures, not mentioning my youngsters and pup. I would like to thank Betfair for treating me like the adult I am. If I could not afford it, I would leave it alone, Many thanks Roy Walsh.
