Hello so this app is soo relaxing to me since I get my anxiety but also I just don’t like that I have to pay so I can have more music and breathing to do..If it was free I would of been happy but after all this app is so free

I find it so difficult to get to sleep. My mind constantly racing thinking about the day behind me and the day to come. This app has helped me so much, the sleep sounds are great and calming. It really helps me declutter my mind and get rest!
