Great resource for what can be placed in community compost and what cannot. Problem is it stopped working and will not load. I usually use it without signing in. One day, I wanted to sign in so I could try a different feature. I forgot my password and went thru the steps to follow a link sent in an email to reset PW then went back to the App but it was stuck on the “forgot PW” page and there was no button to go back or sign in with my newly reset PW. I let it rest for a day then went back into it and signed in. It took me to a blank plain white page with no buttons or options. Now it is totally useless. I just get a blank screen.

This is a great resource for knowing how to recycle. There are items that I used to recycle that I learned are not accepted, but more items that I used to trash that I learned are recyclable! Woohoo! And earning points is a fun incentive.

The app worked great for me about a year ago and was super helpful for checking local composting guidelines. But two or three updates ago, the app stopped loading when opened. I’m running the latest iOS and just updated the app, but no luck—just an unending loading screen. It’s become totally useless. But I live in hope that someday an update will fix this (developers??).

I love the app but I wish you had the features of the app that is on the app store in the FAQ. It would be helpful to new users how to earn points and more details on compost.
