BetterYou has helped me to become my best self! It includes tons of options for customization with goals. I can log goals manually, through connected devices, and through location. You can even make buddy goals with friends! I also appreciate that this app offers a personalized weekly breakdown of your progress. I would definitely recommend!

The resolutions that I have for the year of 2025 is as follows: Decrease my social media and screen time intake.

This app has been very helpful in making me more disciplined in my daily goals, such as drinking water, exercising more and getting more sleep. One of my New Year’s resolutions is to drink at least two bottles of water a day.

This app is great for setting goals and getting rewarded when you achieve them! My resolution for this year is to eat out less.

When you register for a new account the screen moves a bit and then goes back when entering your email, but also there is no done button when filling out your account and you can’t hit create account. Is this only me, help Dev.

No matter what time range I put as a sleep goal it doesn’t work. Hard to meet all the goals required when one doesn’t even work!
