Tried to contact for help as a bet was wrongly labelled as lost, sent over 1 hour waiting patiently. Was “1 person ahead of you” for over 30 minutes. Don’t think they are paying anyone to “help” or is so they are lazy af. Otherwise the app is ok except the crashing whenever you deposit.

Hello. I used Betway for less than a month, won a couple of times. Lost one time. All in all, I made a profit of €40. I tried to withdraw my most recent win of €30.10 and they simply, without a word said started an investigation on it. (In other words, decided I am not getting my winning). I found out about it from the support. Otherwise I wouldn’t even know. Since I received no notification or emails. The chat support is useless, the email conversation are being closed without even a response. I am extremely unsatisfied with BetWay and do not recommend this bookmaker at all. If you way, you run into a risk of not getting paid. Which happened to me. I may change my review if they give me my money back.

People don’t use this app. They are honestly scammers. I lost all my money and won it all back. When I tried to withdraw, they wouldn’t give me my money back. So I went on every Live Casino on the app and I let everyone know it was a scam. Eventually they reverted all my money afterwards. After me having to do all of that. But they wouldn’t have gave me my money, if I didn’t do anything.

Do not under any circumstances do business with this company. They locked my account and stole my money, no option of cancelling my Rugby World Cup bets, refunding and closing the account, just locked, no way to contact them. Like a timeshare company in Malta - same tactics

Started out been able to bet on anything as a new costumer , had a few losses like all punters . Then I got a tip for a horse so I had a couple of hundred on with Betway ,the horse won at 14/1 after that all my bets got limited to an extend that my max bet on anything was 25€ . Over my 6 weeks with betway I would say I am up not more than 2k . I got onto there customer service and they told me that head office has restricted your account due to betting patterns but we may lift it in the future . So in other words when you start losing we will clean you . Great bookie until you start winning a few quid but they show there true after that . 100% avoid them they only want degenerate gamblers so they can suck the life out of them .

In general its a good company worldwide known, but sometimes (2) there is a problem with withdrawal without a reason, and its very frustrating, becouse if u take a money from acc so would be nice to withdraw it back , i was waiting for some extra free spins or something but got nothing, withdrawal took more than a week i even have to open some king of acc like pay pal that i dont want to succeed it, once u take money from a account they should be easily withdrawn, i am not sure will i gonna use it in future, there is a casino companys, who doesn’t have that issue, i spend around 4 hours with in a week to try to figerout why my withdrawal doesn’t work , but eventually it came back , was only 50€, but could imagine 1-3-6 thousands , keep up guys
