Can you please address the telebir issue? It was more convenient using telebir. I wouldn’t have to go to ATM to withdraw money. PLEASE FIX THE API INTEGRATION OR SOMETHING

If you want to get a cold food, order using BeU. coordination with restaurant and actually delivery personal takes a long time, where the food gets cold to get it delivered. And the false “order tracking” progress bar gets updated manually with a false information and update to the user.

It used to be good but now Tikus delivery is much Better that this since no cupon are given if it is given you aren’t allowed to use if it is less than 300 birr form only 100 birr discount I don’t recommend you there are lot of options you can download don’t download this

The app is a very great idea. but there is no respect for the customer at all, if they mess ur order up, it’s the customer fault, if it didn’t arrive in time it’s the customer fault, One time i ordered a food and it took 2 hours, then i cancelled the order and they apologized for the delay and stuff, Then they made me pay double for the the delivery, which I didn’t get btw, And also they mix ordered up almost evertime, it’s annoying. And very disrespectful

It used to be great when it first started but now so many limitations. You can’t order food from places that are 5 km away. That is the whole point of ordering food so that you can have the things you like from a further place. The app is slow and has so may flaws. Oh and I feel bad for the delivery guys they cycle to deliver the food and most of the restaurants on the application are either closed changed location they are too far..... so on and on. And Please adopt the use of google maps the delivery guys always get lost.

Bad service!!

Driver was 2 hours late. He kept asking for directions to a location next to a big hotel. The technology they give to the delivery guy is lacking. That person is literally the most important part of you business. I’ll try another product instead

I have been using this app for a while till recently there had been an update on location , I can’t order if it’s more than 7 kilo meters I used it frequently because I cloud order anywhere good places but now I can only order only within few km and there are not so many good options where I’m around and I can’t use it it anymore Please review your update .

I using this everyday, food coming fast, best prices in city. I save a lot on each order, beu delivery Great Job!
