Want to use the voucher but don’t have delivery option…

吗的什么问题 在GRAB里面投诉不到 我先来这边投诉了 吗的我在GRAB里面下单 从晚上10点下单 等到11点 结果告诉我延迟订单到11点半才做我的订单 服务不好 不周到

Apps show delivery completed by 11.12am but now already 1.00pm still no yet received the drink..can update th apps if customer no yet get order can check with outlet directly or to check status..

Ordered via app for pick up. Was constantly refreshing the app to see the order status…. for 40 minutes. The status never updated to order is ready to collect. Went to ask and turns out the store somehow couldn’t update online order statuses and didn’t bother to inform the customers who were waiting. What’s the point of the status bar then?

Even better if I can see my order history so I know what drinks I ordered.
