Dear team, i am received a order which i different from what i order after that i have raised a ticket pickup person came not able to pickup because my order is different what i have ordered i have again raised a ticket no response from past 4 days. now it’s login as fresh account. very worst service 🥲🥺🥺🥺 @Apple has to take necessary action to provide this kind of application kindly need help from @apple too.
Doesn’t refund to customer
Idk what has happened to bewakoof company my parcel has been picked up on Saturday but till now refund has not been processed it claims that in working day and in 48 hrs refund gets processed but I am disappointed plzzzz help me out with this.
Not logging with my number I don’t know what this problem please solve this issue or give some update thank you
I returned 2 of my orders and was expecting refund. I waited for a week and still no refund.Then i complained from there app only for like 4 times and still no reply. Everytime they were sending the same mail that they contacted me but was unable to connect which is a lie. Its now been 11 days and todays date is 28th December and worst part is that, in the mail that they are forwarding me for a while have the date of expectation as 26th December. Even today i got a mail that your refund will be processed by 26th dec. Worst site and worst customer service
I bought a dress bewakoof recently, while washing the dress it's color bleeding.
After entering my phone number and email id details when I click log in, the page just freezes, nothing happens.
Fraud, spam site . Instead of blue L size , sent me red T-shirt of S size. I sent them email with pictures but of no use . Cheaters
Despite of lot of complaints and providing all the necessary information to the website still my cause has not been resolved . I have ordered an t-shirt from the web but after getting delivery i find the quality of t shirt was not up to the mark, I processed it for a return but its been 10 days since i am taking daily follow ups from the web but still getting the message of my phone is not reachable i have provided the alternative number too but then also the same-thing i am facing . I strongly suggest other customers too check the policies of the company as i am facing this no other should.
Since 10 days ater submitting return request my product did not picked up
