BFC Pay

Don’t use this app, not working properly, it can only use for international money transfers, other functions are not working, I tried to complaint about this issue a lot, almost 4 months over they didn’t even solve the issue yet.

Long time ago it used to be to good and so nice to use it But after the upgrade and the updates it’s become so hard and not friendly to use And the customer service in call they don’t know anything Only they know update your account and information

For month & am struggling to transfer money. For months I had to visit your office to do so. I never forget recently when I was trying to transfer abroad, almost BD 400 was withdrawn from my account without doing what I wanted to do. That was very bad experience.

Sending transfers within the country should be easy but it’s not with this app, same goes for transfers between the bfc wallet and the travel buddy wallet there is no option. You can’t add the card to Apple pay nor use it for online transactions. The limit to loading to the travel buddy app is really absurd, and they deduct fees once you load your money without any notifications. I will no longer be using bfc pay because it really is both disappointing and inconvenient.

Completely disssapointed.They take fees and to sending the exact amount to the receiver.

The application crash too much and technical support is not professional The support is also 8:00 to 8:00 while the application should work 24x7 Such apps should be always working Better to find another source rather than BFC

Recently i have encountered a issue with the app when i am trying to send the money and go to the beneficiary page my amount becomes 1BD automatically and i have made several complaints on the chat about a month now and they had no ideas how to solve it just keep asking to share details and after nothing happened…..
