To fix the app crashing after trying to connect, set your phone to 24 hour mode. Not sure why they have not worked on this or atleast posted the resolution on here but this worked for me and was easy to set up after this.

Doesn’t work with the latest iOS on iPhone or iPad. Crashes when trying to connect to charger.

This company do not have an out of hours service. However, Gareth the IT manager called me at 7.30pm on a Friday night to help me solve my issues. He was very polite and got me up and running. If you are considering a sync charger, please make sure you have it connected at installation and it will be absolutely faultless for you. A huge thanks to Gareth for you’re outstanding support!

I use it to set up many chargers. It does what it should!
