B&H Photo as a store offers high quality tech products and rate it 5+ stars. Highly recommend to any consumer looking to purchase tech-related products, including good customer service and very responsive. My only feedback regarding the iOS app; across all my iOS devices regardless of how much memory and storage space each device might have, the search and overall user experience lags often. It happens when using both cellular and wifi networks. Nonetheless highly recommend the store and hope the iOS app improves in the near future!

My iPad Pro came very fast and no damage

B&H does not provide free returns; even the smallest sellers on ebay provide that. It is such a reputable company, but from now on I will only prefer Amazon for more peace of mind. If I knew that earlier, I would have never gone for BHP. I placed an order for almost $2500 and wanted to return a $50 item, and they are asking for a $10 return fee. Is it fair? that almost 20% the cost of the product.

Downloaded the B&H app to my iPhone and it worked perfectly for my Camera and Lens order. I highly recommend this app for convenience.
