App is good but not the company service
I have registered my son to this enrichment institute for speed maths, when approached from the school where my son studies. During the registration they have made a lot of promises that my child will be benefited, excellent customer service and value for money. i’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the services provided by Bhanzu. As a concerned Customer, I feel compelled to bring to your attention of the unethical practises and lack of accountability exhibited by this company. Despite paying for the educational services, the company has consistently failed to deliver on its promises. numerous complaints have been lodged by myself and other customers regarding this in adequate quality of classes provided. Additionally, many of us have experienced difficulties in obtaining refunds even when justified circumstances, necessitated, withdrawing our child from their programmes. I urge everyone and educational companies to investigate these allegations promptly and take appropriate action against Bhanzu. Customers deserve transparency, accountability and fair treatment from service providers. Failure to address these issues will only perpetuate harm to unsuspecting customers and undermine trust in the education industry. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
