Hello everyone, please do not install this app, they will give you cashback in the app and later you cannot use the cashback, it is completely a fraud.

This app was not useful to some people why iam saying this because of iam facing an issue with limit increase problem the backend team was not active on checking timely repayment customers and update profile so what we get in initial we need to go on with that only so kindly think before installing and using by the way i am using this app since 2 years in android as well as in IOS so think about it Thank you…🙂

Either the latest update is messed up, or your systems but I'm not receiving upi payment requests when I try paying credit card bills! Been trying for a week now. No requests received on PhonePe, paytm, Google pay. Tried all.

I used it regularly and paying also on time but still limit not increasing from last 6 month . You have to work on this

Postpe is not working since long. We are regular customer of postpe but from so many months it is not functional. Request to the team please get it start as soon as possible.

I have already closed the account back in 2023. It’s still showing in my cibil as active and I still have to pay 1Rs. I tried to mail them and get a resolution. Till now no reply from the team.

Customer support are very bad and some one of the my mutual friend died because post pe kindly ignore if u r using

I don't even know where to begin with the sheer disappointment that is the PostPe Lenden App. This app is a nightmare from start to finish. Here are just a few of the myriad issues I faced: 1. **User Interface and Experience**: The interface looks like it was designed in the early 2000s and hasn't been updated since. It is cluttered, confusing, and downright ugly. Trying to navigate through the app is like trying to find your way out of a maze blindfolded. 2. **Performance**: The app crashes more often than it works. I can't count the number of times it froze, lagged, or outright refused to load. Every action takes ages, making even simple transactions a test of patience. 3. **Security Concerns**: I am seriously concerned about the security of this app. After entering my personal information, I started receiving spam messages and calls. I wouldn't be surprised if my data was being sold to third parties. 4. **Customer Support**: Non-existent would be an improvement over what they currently offer. Emails go unanswered, the support chat is always offline, and calling their helpline is a waste of time as it either disconnects or you get placed on hold indefinitely. 5. **Features**: The features they advertise are either missing or don't work properly. The promised seamless transactions are anything but seamless, and the app lacks basic functionalities that other similar apps offer effortlessly. 6. **Bugs and Glitches**: Bugs are rampant. From incorrect account balances to failed transactions that still deduct money, the list of issues is endless. It's clear that the developers didn't bother testing the app before releasing it. In conclusion, PostPe Lenden App is a disgrace. It is unreliable, insecure, and impossible to use effectively. Save yourself the headache and look for a better, more reliable alternative. This app is not worth your time, money, or data.
