Don’t buy in apps
I want to refund due to All sort of bad experience listed below, I finally give up, and apple just said this item can not refund with out give me reason 1. i can't get what my want easily even i willing to purchase the ultimate/all license /bundle 2. After i wrongly bought the unwanted bundle, due to misleading purchasing path, there is no way to revert and swap what i wrongly purchase and i actually want to buy. 3. No easy way to know functions of each bundle and license B4 u pay, yet the name of bundle (ULTIMATE, All EXPANSION ) are misleading 4. The way it lead u to inapps purchase also misleading 5. Work on my ipx while test drive, but not ipad pro after i need to use it seriously Detail : After i tried the free version in ipx, I paid for the "ULTIMATE LICENSE", in order to use all extra functions and effects it provided. After i tried to paid, there was no obvious notice told me i am successfully bought the license or not . Turn out, lot of functions still can't access, and the apps mis lead me to a page that ask me to buy again, i though my previous payment may be not success and this is always safe to paid again in apply store if I actually didn't paid So i go ahead. Turn out, the original payment never get through, and the apps mis-lead me to bought another similar item call "All-in bundle/All EXPANSION BUNDLE" which the name is misleading, similar and confusing Finally still lot of functions not included and I need to buy them pieces by pieces, this is very annoying and misleading. Also, i tried in ipx, at lease it work ... but it fail to get my guitar signal though like my iPx in my iPad pro.

Just upgraded to the latest version 1.5.5 It crashed and jump out with my iPad mini2 10 .2.1 Please fix it asap. I couldn't use my app now.

U should make griffin stompbox compatible with bias fx, u did it on jamup, y not make it on bias fx?
Crash
Seconds after opening. Makes one reluctant to purchase when at some future point an app you sunk some dollars is now unusable. Couple apps that I liked are now gone. I don’t purchase those if they become reissued / updated.
Great but Liking compatibility with voiceover
I have purchased this app, thinking that it would be compatible with my voice over. unfortunately it is not. if it’s not too difficult, please make it accessible to Visually impaired people by making it compatible with voiceover. Thank you.
Very disappointed.
So I’ve downloaded bias amp and bias fx2, and so far bias amp is by far better than fx2, because I GET TO PLAY WHAT I WANT. On bias fx2 you have to buy the amps but they don’t tell you that, which is a ridiculous tactic for drawing people in as customers. I can play whatever amp I want almost on bias amp but I’m limited to 2 horrible sounding amps on this app? Did anyone think that part through? I’m very disappointed by my experience and I thought highly of bias after seeing a lot of YouTubers and music artists playing a loomis amp or an Orange rocker verb or whatever heavy amp on the “FREE” version. This is obviously a “pay for functionality” gig and I’m taking a hard pass on this one. If I have to pay to play on a mobile app, I’ll stick to my GE labs and my real amps.
